Several of our clients had requested a mobile app that would allow their drivers to generate signed delivery documents. To meet their needs, I developed an app that would allow the driver to change the quantites of the order items on the fly, process returns, enter comments about the order, capture the signature of the recipient, and then email the signed delivery document to the client and the office. Recently, I added a feature that allows the company to add custom fields to the delivery document using Active Admin, such as the recipient's phone number, email address, or a photo of the delivery location.

The frontend of the app was built using React and Bootstrap. The backend was built with Ruby on Rails. It was designed to be responsive and work on both Android and iOS devices.

The app was well received by our clients and their drivers, and helped the company secure several new clients who were looking to streamline their delivery process and reduce the amount of paper they were using.
